I am from the Windy City of Chicago, Illinois. My family moved to Cocoa Beach at a young age and have remained in the Sunshine State ever since. My career in the insurance industry started in 1996 as a receptionist for a local Nationwide Insurance agent. I first obtained my Customer Service License and continued with completing my General Lines License. With 19 years’ experience, I have obtained the knowledge of listening to my customers to find out their insurance needs and wants, and then providing them with the coverage that best suits them. I have handled both personal and commercial lines accounts. I find that each day brings a new and exciting challenge.
